Feature

Adds docs/infrastructure-report.html - a standalone, presentation-friendly HTML render of the infrastructure and cost plan, companion to docs/infrastructure.md.

What it contains

  • Cover + executive summary
  • Self-host topology on the MS-02 cluster (Node A GPU AI worker; Node B app/API/Postgres/Redis; Node C MinIO storage/HA) behind a Cloudflare Tunnel (no open ports, no static IP)
  • Hetzner cloud fallback
  • Cost table (source/CI/docs already hosted at zero marginal cost)

Reflects the 2026-07-05 self-host decision in state/DECISIONS.md.

Tools used

Authored HTML (inline CSS, no external assets), GPL-3.0-only header. No infrastructure provisioned - plan/inventory doc only.

Outcome

The previously-untracked report is now versioned in the repo.
