# OpenScribe hardware

The device is built from off-the-shelf modules (no custom PCB in v1).

- [`BOM.md`](BOM.md) - the shopping list (two build options), wiring and pinout, and
  indicative cost.

Wiring diagrams and assembly photos are added with the case in milestone M8. Until then,
`BOM.md` plus `../firmware/include/pins.h` is the source of truth for connections.
